Vendors get payout the 1st and the 15th of every month. Vendors will submit their weekly earnings each Monday. Ethiopianvendors.com will deduct 15% fee for every product sold and send the rest to the vendors bank account. Vendor is responsible to ship out product when customers place order on their page and follow up with customer using the dashboard.

If you want to close your account permanently, Seller Support can assist you. Keep in mind that you can use the Maintenance mode feature that will hide all your listings, or you can deactivate or remove your listings entirely but hold on to your account for future use. Before you close your account permanently, please cancel and remove your listings and resolve all transactions.

Use will get access to a full featured Merchant Dashboard to manage all aspects of selling on Ethiopian Vendors, like manage your selling account, add product information, make inventory updates, manage orders, and manage users.
Ethiopian Vendors notifies you by email when you receive an order. You can change the notification settings in your account settings.
Yes. Our packaging service allows customers to choose when they check out, you can make the options available for any individual item on your listing page.

Pricing
You can add as many products you have ready to sell on our platform 
It’s Free to register with Ethiopian Vendors. Ethiopian Vendors only makes money when vendors sell. Ethiopian Vendors takes 10% on all orders up to $1000.  Any order over $1,000, Ethiopian Vendors will take 15%. 

Ethiopian Vendors will receive the payment first for all orders made by customer. It’s will then deduct the service fee of 10% or 15% and transfer the rest to the vendors bank account to ship the products.
